1. The service
DateWake ("the Service") helps you draft text-message replies using AI. You review and send every message yourself; the Service is a co-pilot and does not send messages on your behalf.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. Do not use it to harass, deceive, threaten, or harm anyone, or to generate content involving minors. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions & billing
The Free plan includes a daily limit of AI replies. Pro is billed monthly at $9.99 through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. AI-generated content
Replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for what you choose to send. Use your judgment.
6. Changes & termination
We may update the Service or these terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
