Welcome to Face Rater (hereinafter – "Service", "Platform" or "Website"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter – "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter – "User", "You") and Face Rater (hereinafter – "Company", "We", "Our").

By using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Definitions

• "Service" – the personalized dating and image analysis platform provided by Face Rater.
• "User" – any person who uses the Service.
• "Content" – any information, text, photos, or other data that the User provides to the Platform.
• "Analysis" – personalized report created based on User-provided data.
• "Digital product" – Analysis and other content delivered in electronic form.

2. Service Description

Face Rater provides personalized dating and image analysis services for men. Our Service includes:

• Interactive questionnaire to evaluate your dating profile
• Photo analysis based on scientific research on attractiveness
• Personalized AI-generated reports with recommendations
• Option to receive real woman's feedback on your profile

Important: This Service is informational and entertainment in nature. It is not psychological counseling, psychotherapy, or professional dating service. Our recommendations are based on general principles and do not guarantee specific results.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Provide true and accurate information about yourself
• Use only your own photos that you have rights to
• Not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet all the above requirements.

4. Payment and Pricing

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Current prices are clearly shown on the payment page before purchase.

4.2 Payment methods

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. – a certified payment processor compliant with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not see or store your card details – they are processed directly in the Stripe system.

4.3 Payment type

Our Service operates on a one-time payment basis. This is not a subscription – you pay once and receive the ordered product. Automatic recurring payments are not applied.

5. Digital Product Delivery

After successful payment:

• AI Analysis: Results are delivered immediately after payment confirmation (within seconds to 2 minutes)
• Woman's review: Delivered within 24–72 hours from payment, depending on request volume

Results are also sent to your provided email address. If you haven't received results within the specified time, please contact us.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 General rule

Since we provide digital products that are delivered immediately after payment, refunds are generally not available under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16, point m).

6.2 Exceptions

Refunds are possible in the following cases:

• Technical error: If you did not receive the ordered product due to our system error
• Double charge: If payment was charged multiple times by mistake
• Product not delivered: If you did not receive results within 7 days and contacted us

6.3 Refund process

To submit a refund request, contact us via email within 7 days of purchase date, providing order information and refund reason. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. User Content

7.1 Photos

By uploading photos, you confirm that:

• The photos are of you or you have the person's consent to use them
• You have all necessary rights and permissions to use these photos
• The photos are not illegal, pornographic, or infringing on third-party rights

7.2 License

By providing content to our Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use this content solely for Service delivery purposes (analysis generation). Your photos are not made public and are used only for the specified purpose.

7.3 Content storage

Your provided content (photos, answers) is stored for a limited time necessary to deliver the Service. After Analysis delivery, data is automatically deleted within 30 days, unless legal requirements mandate longer retention.

Your privacy is important to us. We process your personal data in accordance with:

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• We do not guarantee specific results in your personal life or dating
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or applicability of Analysis results

Analyses are based on general principles and scientific research, but each situation is individual. Results should be viewed as informational recommendations, not guaranteed instructions.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Liability limit

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10.2 Indirect damages

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: lost profits, data loss, reputation damage, emotional damages, or other intangible losses.
